Salma Alifia Shafira is part of the Data Services Department in Indonesia Stock Exchange and has worked around data to integrate and manage different sources of data to be distributed widely. Working as a data management involves overseeing the validation, storage, protection, and processing of data in the organization which requires expertise in database systems, data governance, data security, and data analysis. Salma has also collaborated with other teams to identify data-related problems and develop solutions to improve data quality and optimize data workflows.
