Tracy has been in the Financial sector for the majority of her career, spanning 30+ years. She's been at Baillie Gifford since 2008 and on the Data Strategy team since 2020. Tracy is responsible for leading a team of project managers to deliver the Data Analytics Platform, and as Platform Owner, she is responsible for the integrity of Baillie Gifford's data platform.
